Start by calling us or filling out our online loan
application. One of our fully trained and qualified
loan officers will custom tailor several loan programs
for you to choose from. After finding the right loan
program which you consider a better fit, we will ask
you to expedite the process by providing us with the
necessary documentation. The application process should
take no more than 5minutes.
Documentation:
Even though many of our loans require no documentation,
some do. Please refer to the links below for a general
list of documents necessary for your transaction.
A general set of disclosures will be mailed to you for
review. You simply sign and date the disclosure forms
and return them by mail to us, along with any additional
documents we may request.
Processing:
After we have received your application and any necessary
documents, we will then complete the processing of your
loan. This involves ordering an appraisal, title policy,
mortgage payoffs, and any other documentation necessary
to complete the processing of your loan.
Underwriting
A complete loan package is submitted to the underwriter
for it’s review and approval. The loan usually
gets approved immediately and our processing department
then works with the underwriter to fulfill any minor
approval conditions which may prior to closing.
Closing
Loan documents are ordered and sent to our closing
agent. An appointment is made with you at your home
or one of our near by closing locations throughout the
entire state of Florida so that you may sign your loan
documents; this process is followed by the funding of
your loan.
